1. You must not use the Service to
(a) violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing, tax evasion, market abuse, or fraud laws; (b) launder the proceeds of crime, structure transactions to evade reporting, or facilitate the financing of terrorism; (c) impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority to act on behalf of an individual, family, trust or entity, or insert false information about beneficial ownership; (d) access, store, or distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; (e) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written authorisation, or breach security or authentication measures; (f) introduce viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code; (g) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law; (h) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service except via features explicitly provided for that purpose; (i) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone service; (j) interfere with the operation of the Service, including via excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or distributed attacks.
2. Content you upload
You are solely responsible for any data, documents, valuations, identification documents, and other content you upload. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents to upload it and that doing so does not breach any duty of confidentiality, contract, or applicable law. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove content we reasonably believe breaches this AUP, applicable law, or third-party rights.
3. Account security
Keep your credentials confidential. Use strong, unique passwords. Enable multi-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at security@trueholder.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Reporting abuse or vulnerabilities
To report abuse or content that breaches this AUP, contact abuse@trueholder.org. To report a security vulnerability responsibly, contact security@trueholder.org; please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate.
5. Consequences
We may, without liability, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required. Repeated or serious breaches may result in immediate termination of all your accounts.
